Scope of work

  • Pst / Plt measurement per IEC 61000-4-15 flickermeter methodology
  • Correlation to specific fluctuating loads — arc furnace, resistance welder, crane drives, large VSDs
  • Compliance check against grid code / utility flicker limits
  • Mitigation sizing — SVC, STATCOM, or reactor-based correction
